Southern Baked Celebrating Life With Pie
We should all celebrate life with pie. Life would be better, people would be happier and bakers would be respected all over the world. Ms. Wilbanks owns the Southern Baked Pie company and she passes along her vast pie baking knowledge in this cookbook. She keeps it simple, you use only one pie crust recipe. However, her fillings and toppings are wonderfully creative without being too complicated. The results are some excellent homemade pies.
The Norske Nook Book Of Pies
Residents of central and northern Minnesota and Wisconsin know all about the Norske Nook. Started as a small restaurant in west central Wisconsin, this four location chain is famous for serving lefse, Scandinavian treats and, most of all, amazing freshly baked pies. It’s common to see patrons leaving with two or three pies in their hands.
